| Should a problem be hardware related and require repair... If it is in an area we service we can dispatch an engineer to repair onsite if possible. If it is not repairable onsite or you are out of a disptach area you can ship it to us or one of our centers for repair. Turn around on shipped in items excluding shipping can be 2 to 7 days depending on availability of parts and shipping time of the parts. |
