Working with us. You can download the app for your phone (coming soon) and sign up to be in our queue as a level one support specialist.* You are paid on a per call basis and are paid via PayPal daily. All taxes etc are your responsibility. You must be located in the United States or country you are supporting such as if you're in Canada you'll be routed Canadian calls. Using this option as a side hussle or as permanent hussle is up to you. However you must show progress in calls and resolutions as one would expect. You will have to pass a compentency test and background check in order to work with us. Once that is complete and in we'll send you the link to download the app. Remember we only support Android devices as iphones are part of the evil empire.

You can live anywhere but will have to work the hours assigned to you. Most of who we hire are level 2 support specialists. Some level 3 support specialists and level 4 as well. Our levels are in accordance with ITIL standards not something pulled out of the air and said do the work of a level 2 yet get paid at a level 1. We don't do that. We respect your experience and life work too much to play games like that.
